Trade Mark Attorney / Trade Mark Lawyer (3-5 years PQE)

Salary will be commensurate with your experience.
As the Attorney tasked with developing the Trade Mark and Intellectual Property Practice, you will be reporting directly to the Principal Director and your main focus will be on providing advice to both our existing clients while developing a new portfolio.
You will be supported in any business development activities by the team who have a proactive and strategic marketing plan devised to take this existing practice to the next level.
You will be joining a growing law firm that has a very fresh and dynamic approach to the market and that has carved themselves a great reputation by having a dedicated and passionate team of individuals and clients.
You must have:
Trade Mark and Intellectual Property experience;
Team working and interpersonal skills;
Drive, passion and the will to succeed;
A self-starter mentality;
Personality – it’s one of our big points of difference;
Positivity and can-do attitude – go getting, no games, no politicking.
We’d like you to have:
Experience working with SMEs;
Any dispute resolution experience;
Exposure to any of the software we use;
Previous experience creating marketing content such as legal articles; or
New Client Development experience and the desire to continue to follow up leads and create new clients.
