As the Sales Executive for an innovative legal firm that is committed to pushing the envelope in the small business law space, you will be an integral part of this vibrant team as we continue to expand.

- Managing your pipeline, converting leads, replying/managing email enquiries, setting appointments, onboarding clients.

- Scripting and training will be provided.

- Must be comfortable doing consistent volume of calls each day
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have a high number of leads that come in each month through multiple channels. Your job will be to call these leads, qualify them and then book in the qualified leads into the calendar of one of our lawyers.
You will be crucial in ensuring we don’t have leads that enquire and don’t get contacted, so nothing slips through the cracks.
We also have a database of existing customers and past enquiries who we need you to call and check in with them to see if they still need help and/or need other services we offer.
You will be in a position that will offer you a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop your skills, assisting the management and smooth operation of the Practice.
You will join us at our great Woolloomooloo office and have an amazing team to work within as well with cutting edge technology such as Clio, Active Campaign and Slack. There is a possibility for remote work once fully trained and able to work autonomously.
SALARY:
$50,000 per year inclusive of Superannuation + incentive bonus On-Target Earnings $80,000 – $120,000 per year incl. Super.

ABOUT YOU:
You must have:
- Experience as either a Sales Executive, Sales Assistant or Business Development role;
- Positivity, great energy and enthusiasm;
- Pleasant and courteous phone and email manner;
- Drive, passion and the will to succeed;
- A “get it done” spirit and a self-starter mentality;
- The ability to pick up new software technology – although it’s very user friendly and intuitive.
We’d like you to have (but not mandatory):
- Experience working in a law firm environment;
- Exposure to any of the software mentioned above;
- Previous experience creating marketing content such as LinkedIn articles or Blogs;
- Any other marketing or business development experience.
